WANT TO STOP CREATING DISEASE?

Disease, even hereditary disease, is not set in stone. Just because one may have a genetic tendency for this or that illness,  does not guarantee one will ever develop that condition. The outcome is entirely in your hands.

Let me say that again. The outcome is entirely in your hands.

One does not HAVE to develop heart disease, diabetes or cancer, even if the whole family had it, died from it or is currently under doctor's care for it. Genes may predispose someone for a weakness. However, our own ENVIRONMENTS & LIFESTYLES have more power over  possible disease development or health maintenance than any hereditary trait. Thought life, stress, emotions, spiritual expectation, foods, and lifestyle habits are the variables that change health outcomes, regardless of genes.

We each have the ability to stop disease from ever coming around. We still won't live forever.  But we can live an optimally health life IF we are willing to make changes and take control over the variables we do have power over.

We can control our thoughts, feelings, emotions, expectations, diet, and daily lifestyle habits. Get those damaging emotions out of your body once and for all. This can make the difference when overcoming chronic illness or maintaining health.

STOP CREATING DISEASE

  • Reduce your stress and change how you respond to it.
  • Consider homeopathics and Essential Oils to help in this process.
  • Hydrate your body with clean pure water.
  • Detoxify your thoughts from negative emotions.
  • Replace with positive, productive thoughts and words.
  • Detoxify your home and workplace from toxic chemicals.
  • Replace toxic products with natural products that will not harm you.
  • Remove yourself from toxic people.
  • Throw out all processed, packaged food-like products (mac & cheese, hotdogs, luncheon meats, white flour, sugar, whole wheat, etc.)
  • Eat clean, organic, non-GMO whole foods.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Get connected with other positive people.
  • Laugh. A lot. Laugh some more.
  • Help others
  • Have a purpose filled life.
  • Set an appointment to The Nature Path.
  • Order blood work done and have Dr. Carol ND analyze it.
  • Supplement according to analysis report and additional Muscle Testing.
  • Be OK with what IS.
This list is not complete. Some people may need to quit their job to remove themselves from toxic chemicals or toxic people. Some may need to move to higher elevations or closer to the desert or ocean, depending upon the need. Others will do well with a relaxing 2 week vacation. There are things that you can control. You do not have to get breasts removed to avoid cancer when you have a gene that says you MIGHT get cancer. You can take charge over your thoughts, emotions, words, and actions, what you eat and drink and what kind of stress you allow into your life. You can stop creating disease. You can start creating optimum health. Why not begin today?
